[Feat]: JavaScript Queries as type in Query Library

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I keep wanting to create my own global go-to library of common stuff (like regex function tests, and other utility logic) and was surprised to see there's no ability to add a script in the global shared query library.

Describe the solution you'd like Allow adding a script just like the query UI where you can define the inputs for execution.

Describe alternatives you've considered None that run local.

This feature has been implemented and is now live on Cloud ( V2.7.0 ). So, closing out this ticket.
