[ot][docs] Check OT CI for non-Cosim related tooling instructions and remove if found.

Related to https://github.com/orgs/lowRISC/projects/11/views/5 need to ensure all the references to non-Cosim tooling is removed and deprecated.

First part is to enumerate any non-cosim tooling in this issue. Second part is to discuss / engage with documentation editors to remove non-cosim entries.

Relates to https://github.com/lowRISC/ibex/issues/1566 . Most if not all the scripts have had the non-cosim elements removed. See linked issue. The documentation aspect which is covered in this issue has been split off from the main task as two separate areas of concern.

Assigned to @hcallahan-lowrisc as he is familiar with this and has been working on removing non-cosim elements from the scripts and tools. He will be familiar with the OT documentation that is touched on by this. @hcallahan-lowrisc can you provide a quick estimate using the (> estimate (value) syntax) on main topic?
