Menu right or left (maybe draggable)

It would be great if a user or the server owner can choose if the the menu will be on the right or the left side of the board.

Optionally it could be draggable at any place you want ;-)

Ideas:

• URL Parameter like: ?Menuleft ?Menuright
• Environenment variable (for all boards)
• Configuration Parameter
• Toggle or settings button in the menu (sureley usable for other things, as well)
• Menu on a draggable "canvas" or "window"
