Provide a one-click way to create a repo and open it in Codespaces

At the moment, it's a multi-step process to create a repo from a template and then open it in a Codespace. Ideally, the new repo experience (and repo.new deep-link) would allow you to select that you want to open the repo in a Codespace, as soon as it's created. The current experience is simple enough, but having a "one-click" gesture would be less clunky/error-prone for end-users.
