[Feature request] Allow select old drivers use the driver dates instead of versions or notify on inconsistencies

Sometimes drivers change their versioning schemes resulting in false positives when clicking "select old drivers"

For example a scheme that was based on dates "2025.11.0" later changing to "1.0.1" will incorrectly report the "1.0.1" drivers as "old".

I saw a user almost about to just click all the old drivers and delete them, but I advised them to check them individually and they encountered a scenario like this. We manually inspected the driver dates and deleted the true older driver.
