Support Vapor's Leaf templating language

I personally really like Swim (https://github.com/robb/Swim), but it would be good to support Leaf (https://github.com/vapor/leaf-kit), since probably more people are familiar with it.

Shouldn't be too hard to create a Saga plugin for this.
