These 2 commits add 2 features I needed

additionalParams option: This option allows the passing of additional parameters to the server from a function. This allows the passing of parameters that change with usage of the page.

flushCache method: This method allows the cache to be cleared in the case that some other parameter has been changed.

[h3xx]

I'd love to see flushCache added.
