Got attacked

I think I got attacked by someone. And my site can't load. I already try to rerun the loophole many times. Still got attacked and my loophole response was everytime I run it,

"TLS Certificate failed to provision. Will be obtained with first request made by any client, therefore first execution may be slower."

??? http: TLS handshake error from 127.0.0.1:<unknown_port>: tls: received record with version 301 when expecting version 303

Then I got so many of,

Succeeded to accept connection over HTTPS

This was like spammed.

So, I have two questions,

1. How to avoid from my site got attacked from unknown attacker?

2. How to fix the "TLS Certificate failed to provision"?

you should change the url and the port so this way they cant find you that easily and make sure to do a virus scan if you have Bitdefender or Malwarebytes they have web attack protection this is how i host all of my stuff
