群晖7.2，docker有问题。
描述BUG 群晖7.2，通过serverbox(iOS)访问docker的时候（ROOT用户，另外如果不用root用户无法记载群晖信息），先是群晖CPU满载100%，APP转圈1分钟左右，才加载出DOCKER列表，此时群晖CPU一直满负载状态，直到后台退出APP。

DESCRIPTION BUG Synology 7.2, when accessing docker through serverbox (iOS) (ROOT user, in addition, Synology information cannot be recorded without root user), first the Synology CPU is fully loaded to 100%, and the APP spins around for about 1 minute, and then the DOCKER list is loaded. Synology's CPU is always at full load until the APP is exited in the background.

- 连接其他系统，观察占用是否和群晖一样异常
- 群晖执行
sudo stats --no-stream --format "{{json .}}"，观察CPU占用
