Add Section on How to Convert to a MultibandTileLayerRDD in Docs

As of now, the docs explain how to convert a RasterFrame to either an RDD or a TileLayerRDD only. It'd be nice to also have a section on how to a RasterFrame to a MultibandTileLayerRD as the process is slightly different.
