Update RPMs to configure more features to work "out of the box"

List of desired updates and enhancements to our geowave-jetty RPM:

• Update GeoServer to 2.7
• Pre-install the WPS plugin
• Pre-install the decimate points sld - https://github.com/ngageoint/geowave/blob/master/geowave-examples/example-slds/DecimatePoints.sld
• Translate @chrisbennight 's heatmap slds to current format and also pre-install those into our packaged GeoServer

List of desired enhancements to our geowave-ingest RPM:

• Add a tiny snippet of GPX and/or GeoTools data in an ingest/examples directory
• Update the documentation to include a QuickStart section that will guide new developers how to ingest sample data and view from GeoServer

The combination of these updates will bring us up to the most current version of GeoServer and make it a bit easier for new developers.

Additional desired enhancement: Check out Dropwizard optimized Jetty configs and incorporate useful settings into the default GeoWave Jetty configuration.
