Add LocalGov Drupal version to status page

It would be nice to be able to easily check the installed version of LGD on the status page.

It could also check the latest version, but not sure whether this is worth the effort

I think this is because we don't include the version numbers, as that is only included in Drupal modules when they are releases as part of the packaging script on Drupal.org. Be worth checking if the release versions on Drupal.org of localgov do include a version number.

Yes they do (older version though).
