Putting any text underneath loading bar (yes I'm dumb)

Hi, I'm a stupid developer here

I'm struggling to put text underneath and have it be inline with the loading bar, so whenever the loading bar moves, so does the text. Again dumb question, but I've been struggling with it for hours.
