Progress bar with gif animations

Is it possible to use a gif in the progress bar as: Helixbar or this other progress bar?

not for now but I'm also thinking about a upgrade version for more complicated progress animation. It's actually a good idea to work with animated images since we only have to playback manually. will take some survey over this.
