Should contributors also be listed in the book?

Contributors are recognized on the github page (once issue #2 has been implemented). Which, if any contributors should be mentioned in the book? Presumably, at least the authors/copyright owners should be mentioned somewhere in the book.

Should the contributors that should be mentioned in the book be automatically added, or manually maintained?
