Added .gitignore file

Added a .gitignore file based on the files generated by FunKeyCIA. This should prevent accidental copyright infringment when someone pushes generated files to a fork/branch and sends their generated CIAs/tickets or encTitleKeys.bin on the repository as well.

(Note that, whilst I am using my GUI fork for this pull, the branch itself is a clean branch, copied straight from yours and has none of my GUI code in it).
