dRNA with or without modifications?

Hi, Please, I would like to know if the dRNA produced by DeepSimulator would contain RNA modifications. I guess that it would depend if the training datasets for dRNA contained modifications, but It was not clear to me in the paper. thanks a lot!!

Hi, thank you very much for your interest! Regarding the model provided in this repo, it's not trained on the modifications data. But we are currently working on such data although we do not have a timeline of the project, as I am graduating this year...
