resolve cmap issue and other improvements

[yf-yang]

1. Properly show color for Scatter plot and Bubble plot with Encircling.
2. Use tab20 instead of tab10 to support avoid color collision for Scatter plot and Bubble plot with Encircling.
3. Add reference of the original passage.
4. Show all dependencies at the very beginning.
