No SIP message send to INVITE when "Rejecting inbound flood" or Rejecting inbound

I have setup self hosted version . I notice when caller is Rejecting inbound flood or Rejecting inbound
SIP message of rejection is not send to INVITER there for if you not hung-up call yourself it will ring forever .
