Twilio implementation

Hello,

I know we can create Twilio Dial which are like rooms containing multiple persons. Is livekit using this ? Is the implementation opensource ? I could not find it

In this scenario...

  1. User A calls from phone
  2. Work is dispatched to an agent
  3. Agent calls another user (B) by doing a twilio outbound call

... having a Dial setup in Twilio allows to display User A number's as the caller on the phone of user B.

If you know where I can find more details about it, I am interested !

Well sure, anyone is free to submit PRs ! Ideally we would have the opinion of someone who knows the codebase to know if this possible or not/ where to start, but it seems they are not replying.
