[bug] Sometimes the camera track gets stopped randomly!

Describe the bug Sometimes the camera track gets stopped. Remote call participants will still gets a track, unmuted, but actually no camera stream is reproduced (usually ends with a black camera video).

To Reproduce Happens apparently randomly or like changing used media device or switching multiple time between foreground/background app.

Expected behavior The track should always continue. The workaround for this is turn off and then on again the camera and then everything is restored.
