[bug] MacOS Sequola 15 - Screen share/capture issue

Describe the bug After system update to MacOS Sequola 15, the users are not able to share/capture screen during the call. The list of available windows to share is returned, but all the windows are blank. This behaviour return after every reboot of the device. To make the app work back again, the user need to close it and open it.

There was no problem on MacOS Sonoma 14. The problem started to occur after update to MacOS Sequola 15.

After reboot the device when user tries to share the screen the system settings is opened:

When user click "Open System Settings" the system settings page shows that the priviliages are set, but when user tries to share the screen there is a blank preview:

When user restarts the app the share feature starts to work as excpected way

To Reproduce Context: MacOS Sequola 15

1. Install app with screen share/capture feature
2. Trigger share screen feature at least once and allow all priviliages that the app asks
3. Reboot the device
4. Run the app and trigger share screen feature
5. No app despite the app that tirggers the feature is able to be share (the app + empty desktop can be shared)

Expected behavior No matter if the device is reboot or work for a long time the user should be able to share every windows.
