Add high resolution images for use in the IDE

Testing in Windows 10 the images used within the IDE do not scale up well.

• [ ] Splash screen - Toolset/resources//ideSkin/splash.png
• [ ] Tools Palette: Classic controls - Toolset\resources\supporting_files\themes\com.livecode.interface.classic..icon.png
• [ ] Project Browser: Images used for tree view, control types, visibility, selectability and unresolved behaviors - /Toolset/resources/supporting_files/images/
• [ ] Preferences: the bullet points in the menu, these use an imageSource - image "bullet point3.gif" of card id 200593 of stack "C:/Users/Elanor/Desktop/LiveCode Community 8.0 (dp 16)/Toolset/palettes/revicons.rev"
• [ ] Standalone Application Settings: section icons, these are not referenced images but imported onto the General card of revStandaloneSettings
• [ ] Script Editor: images throughout the script editor, play, step into etc, these are all in group "Script Editor" of card "card id 1002" of stack "C:/Users/Elanor/Desktop/LiveCode Community 8.0 (dp 16)/Toolset/palettes/revicons.rev"
