That warning only means the console is not downgradable to 3.55 or below firmware versions. And you can only use 4.xx noFSM Patches for the jailbreak. It's not an error. It's not a danger. If you don't know what that means, and if you only use bgtoolset, it's not a big deal nowaday. If you intend to use oldest tools and hardware methods, well you should learn a bit more about the 3.55/3.56.
