[Issue] Backup related configuration opitons
When checking out while using a configurable server, if the 'Backup Plan' option is set to disabled then the Backup Quota, and Daily Backup Quota should not be enabled or shown at all.
Currently they are shown and affect the pricing of services even when set to disabled. Ideally this would not be the case and we'd see both those options, and their costs, removed from the order paged when disabled.
Similarly, if the backup plan is set to Quota we should only see quota related option and not the daily backup quota, and vice versa.
Currently I'm unsure if this is even functional, since a user would be charged for a backup quota even when the plan is set to Disabled.
Will attempt to provide images soon.
As you can see in the Image there seems to be a bit of odd behaviour here.
Need re-validation; will check when I can work on updating the WHMCS KB series.
