[BUG] OOB jails have enable vs enabled

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

jail.d/dropbear.conf jail.d/selinux-ssh.conf

They both have 'enable' vs 'enabled' like the rest.

This doesn't actually enable them but isn't correct syntax and is causing a cosmetic downstream issue
