[FR] skip TLS validation for (all, enhanced) apps

A lot of enhanced apps give an error when using self signed certificates:

Something went wrong: {
    "message": "Server Error"
}

Please allow a global setting to skip all validations for TLS for apps.

The following apps do not seem to work (with the above error):

• Pihole
• Sonarr
• Radarr
• Sabnzb

Some apps like Plex and UniFi have their own "Skip TLS verification". Perhaps these examples could be used to implement this?
