New version of HA-Bridge for Alexa

The new version of HA-Bridge (5.4.1RC1) has an option to re-create the 9 octet number and set the beginning seed for the IDs that appears to solve the Alexa discovery issue. I manually updated my version. Perhaps some with more knowledge than me can update the Coachproxy image to include the new version with the 9 octet number option set.

This can be easily done by adding the "00:00:" to the unique ID in sub create_habridge_device function in coachproxy-os/roles/coachproxy/files/configurator/cp_config.pl
