irc channel

hi,

i tried to see if heads is on irc, but it is on slack, which i prefer not to use.

would it be possible for a bridge to be made, linking heads's slack channel to irc?

@githubisnonfree there is a working Slack<->Matrix bridge that can be accessed through #OFSW-Heads:matrix.org
