Fix for wakeup WILC3000

Please consider and accept this pull-request, it will allow the wait for clock after wakeup to settle as intended.

I did not see any specific rules for submitting pull-requests, if there are some please let me know.

Thanks @FredKellerman for the fix. I've merged the pull request into the dev branch, and will be merged tp the master with the next release
