Fixed : #1344

Summary : This PR added the comprehensive guide for adding Lingo CLI in your tauri Project using react-intl, to toggle between languages .

What's Included :
Step-by-step setup for Tauri + React + react-intl Lingo.dev CLI configuration Language switching implementation Complete code examples

Testing : . All steps tested end-to-end . Translations generated successfully . Language switching works correctly

Tested on: Windows Node version: v22.18.0
