Add Sindhi (sd) language support

Sindhi is a major Indo-Aryan language spoken by around 30 million people in Pakistan and India. It uses an Arabic-based script and is Right-to-Left (RTL), similar to Urdu and Arabic.

This issue is currently blocked because Sindhi (sd) is not yet supported as a locale in the Lingo.dev platform. We are working on adding support for this language and will unblock this issue once it's available.
