[feature request] Allow to hide outline and buttons

Hello,

I like when reader mode contains as little elements as possible.

For that reason I would like to hide outlines (entirely/hide under an icon) and icons on the right side (making then barely visible unless hovered over.

With these elements hidden, even an article background can be hidden (meaning the background with color rgb(33, 33, 33)) leading to even more minimalistic experience.
