can't draw indicator on the ohlc chart

I'm trying to draw **Sma** indicator and it works on sub Indicators but I want to draw it on the **ohlc** chart; please help me out.

 When loading the chart for first time, need space between the last candle and price Axis Text. I tried with offset but its not working. kindly let me know...
