Allow "edit time" to choose timezone

Related to https://github.com/ligi/PassAndroid/issues/226

It would be perfect if "edit time" would allow user to choose (override) timezone manually. This is especially useful if the event is planned to happen in another country, such as a concert, or international return flight.
