Launcher Shortcuts on Oreo and above

Oreo changed the way launcher shortcuts are handled - the method used currently does not work anymore - https://developer.android.com/about/versions/oreo/android-8.0-changes.html I disabled this feature for Oreo and above for now via https://github.com/ligi/PassAndroid/commit/9ae1810e997cd0a5c86d4f7a255bdd107fff37ea

Creating shortcuts for concrete passes is very pleasant feature for people how uses some of them everyday. On recent Androids too :)

With the Covid vaccination certificates being required more and more it would be a really cool feature to be able to add a shortcut to the home screen. I used https://github.com/covidpass-org/covidpass to create a .pkpass file that I imported to PassAndroid.
