Config for Irregular chessboard

As you can see， I created a irregular chessboard with some coords removed in q5Go. But it can not work well with Katago. How should config katago to work on chessboard like this one.

I don't think it's possible since it's an irregular chessboard and that does not belong to a proper Go Rule.
