--random-agent flag breaking on 64-bit windows 10 build

Attempting to run the --random-agent flag as such panoptic.py -u "http://localhost:80/apps/pbcs.dll/misc?url=test" --verbose --random-agent

results in the following

64bit windows 10 pro. Haven't tried it on my fedora box yet
