Why do you think that line is redundant?

It's the same information as the UTXO row and not consistent with the description of Timelocks on the same page: "There are absolute and relative timelocks, existing on the transactional and UTXO level".

It's not exactly redundant. The original intention was to move it into a single line, it just looked terribly

Yea, not completely redundant, I just think it would be a little more clear if it was removed. It definitely tripped me up when I was learning. Thanks for looking at this, no worries if ya'll want to close the PR.
