disable autohide for when player aspect ratio is taller than 16:9 on 2013-2015 player

the 2013-2015 player disabled autohide unless it was explicitly forced on in embed parameters, making the controls appear underneath the video instead, this behavior was changed with the player redesign

the player on the watch page was also taller, making the controls always visible underneath the video unless maximized

I was thinking of doing this sometime in the future, but in a way that works with every player size. It is low priority as of now however.
