add support for server rendering

version: 1.1.15 rendering apps on the server is impossible because the lib is requiring window even before it was used/instantiated.

ReferenceError: window is not defined

i think it should use the window provided in the constructor and only after creating an instance.

I am sorry to tell you this, but this Repository is abandoned.

I have two Issues opened since July 2018... I tried contacting the Owner of the Repository but he never answered.
