[Feature Request] Make it go behind game windows

Hey,

I'd love this if it would go behind the game windows so it doesn't block the view. (same goes for skills tooltips).

~~I've seen that guys from DelvUI~~ (As I just discovered - YOU) did it to the delvui interface elements so it is possible to do. :DD

+1 it is annoying to try and read a tooltip that goes behind it

This is impossible because all plugins including 'LMeter' is programmed with the GUI called 'imgui' and this always overlays the original GUI of Final Fantasy XIV, since SE does not grant access to the in-house GUI.
