Clarification on num_circle Argument for GRF and SMAC Environments

I noticed that the num_circle argument is set to 1 for the GRF environment, while it is set to 2 for the SMAC environment.

Could you clarify if it's okay to use num_circle = 1 for SMAC, or if there is a specific reason for the change to 2?
