nip2; export of large bigtif files

Hi,

I want to join multiple large, non overlapping tif files and export the dataset to one large bigtif (about 350.000 x 250.000 pixels large). It works with smaller datasets (about 200.000 x 150.000 pixels), but with larger ones, the export process starts but sometimes stops with an error (an error window without a text appears). Could this be a problem with my working storage (as indicated in the lower left corner)? Here, the software shows different sizes, sometimes several GB (2-3) and sometimers only several 100 MB. This number changes during the process.

Wow that is big. Yes, it should work. Is this on Windows?

I doubt if it's the working storage, that should produce an error message if it runs out. It could possibly be lack of memory.
