Compile 8.7.1 Binary for MacOS

Is it possible to have a binary compiled for the latest version of MacOS? I currently only see a release for 8.5.1 with a .dmg, but this will cause this error when running on my Mac:

Good news, I was able to get the v8.6.0-beta2 to run!

Yes, I use 8.6.0 on my mac. You're right, there ought to be an updated binary.

I did try but got stuck trying to get pangoft2 working. I think you'll find that the "text" widget in 8.6.0 doesn't work :(

You might be able to find the missing thing, whatever it is.
