Allow video to be managed by RA

Currently the video doesn't seem to be managed by RA as you'd expect.

  • crop overscan is done in Core Options
  • RA Video Scaling and Aspect Ratio has no effect

Managed what I needed.

RA > Settings > Video > Scaling > Custom = 640x400

For sure it can be really cool if more options could come in Core options ... Five years without any progress ... it's really so bad for a fantastic computer like the Atari ST :(
