Using both a dosbox.bat file and a conf file

Hello I'm trying to use libretro-dosbox and I wanted to know if it's possible to use for a given game :

• a dosbox.bat file for launch instructions
• a dosbox.cfg / dosbox-DSL.conf conf file for the emulator configuration, without any instructions in the [autoexec] part

Both regular dosbox and dosbox-x allow that but I don't seem to be able to make it work with lr-dosbox.

So :

• is it possible ?
• if yes what command line to use for that specific case ?
