Desmume 2015 Mic Sample

Describe the bug The documentation lists the "sample" option for microphone input and states that this is where the user may specify a file sample to use for microphone input.

Expected behavior/changes The documentation should explain how to set said sample file.

Additional context As the only DS core on RetroArch with this feature, it would be nice to know how to do it.
