Blastem libretro core use configuration file ?

Thanks for reading my topic. Retroarch not has any settings for Blastem core. Blastem core use configuration file in Retroarch Linux version ? If yes where is the path and as create an config file ?

Please if not is possible create an config file that core need an core config feature in Retroarch.

the libretro core relies on the upstream libblastem to expose any settings. I believe Mask of Destiny was planning to expose a bunch of settings through there but hasn't gotten around to it, as he's been working on other things.
