Speed 🚄 with files from CDN

Recently I have been working on my mini service. I found it interesting to use public Cloudflare's CDN to measure network speed.
So, I uploaded static .bin files to there and everything works. Excellent! But..
The problem is that if a certain "limit" speed. About 30 Mbps. I tested from different devices and from different networks. Even at 300Mbps in the test, the result is about 30Mbps.
You say the problem is Cloudflare's CDN, Likely most likely they limit the speed. But I conducted a secret experiment and determined that the speed is not limited there and it is quite fast!
So I think maybe it's in static files? Maybe more should be done? Since, perhaps due to the fact that they are small, the script makes a lot of requests for a speed test and wastes time and speed.
From my experience: downloading one archive file will be faster than many small files.. :) But this is my theory. What do you think? Maybe I should increase the size of the test files?
